Good Fences- Simply

Are you ready to go fencing with me?

May we all be fenced by the simple things in life.

The World According to Fences.

Around every fence corner -
you'll meet a hardy fence post robustly keeping it all together.

"These fences, we all know, are simply observers holding together the very things we humans want fenced." - Me

Along every fence line

something is waiting.

"You only grow by coming to the end of something and by beginning something else." - John Irving

"and through every fence"

is something reaching through.

- and especially behind every good fence-

Is the spot where you are.

"Soar, eat ether, see what has never been seen;
depart, be lost, but climb."
Edna St. Vincent Millay

"Life is like a mirror.  Smile at it and it smiles back at you." - Peace Pilgrim

and

"Fences are like a destination.  Follow it and it leads you on a journey."

Fun post. The children are adorable and that is such a colorful playground fence. Delightful home in the first shot with a great stone fence pillar.

My goodness, I enjoyed that stone fence. Reminds me of a place we use to go to in the mountains when I was a kid. Good memories. Love all the words you have shared too. Thanks and enjoy the weekend, Anne
