TAKE TWO
One single person
getting paid
while enjoying this beautiful day.
Such a giant capacity one commands
when we focus our resources
on mastering a single area
of our lives.
To be happy in this world,
first you need a cell phone and
then you need an airplane.
Then you're truly wireless.
Ted Turner
You may think he's just a man walking his dog.
But truthfully
I think
he's seizing the day
through his dog's eyes.

Three thoughtful shots, Karen
The cleaner has obviously done a good job. But I'd take the dog out everytime.

That does sort of look like downtown Columbus around High St.
Nice pics, Karen S.

Ifthetunderdon'tgetya, isn't it funny or maybe cool that our cities pretty much all look the same in some ways? The comfort of being home, even while you're away!
Cloudia, like a great fisherman, dogs know the best way to be!
The single life, solo, alone, solitary... ya, I can relate! lol Great shots Karen, the man and his dog is priceless, also where'd everyone go in the first photo? That's so rare to see such empty streets in a city, were you up with the birds to get this shot?
Cheers!
:)
The one with the dog is not single :-) He has a dog with him. The first picture must be difficult to only have one person in the shot.
Greetings,
Filip
i don't mind checking out the world through my dog's eyes, but I draw the line at his nose! Nice photos and captions
As a single guy, I certainly appreciated this post.

Having the dog with him doesn't mean he isn't a single person; I know we attribute many human characteristics to our canine friends but until they actually lawn to talk, I'd say that the picture fulfills the criteria. He looks happy in his single state - striding out on a lovely day. All great shots Karen.
Love your shots! I dint know where your city is! But it reminded me of some cities I have visited.
The river walk with the dog reminded me of Discovery Park in Sacramento.
Your photos amazing as always
Blessings
I love these shots, too...my favorite is the guy with his dog and I think he really is seizing the day!
Great collection Karen. There is nothing like seizing the day through the eyes of a dog.
