Alphabe-Thursday - 11 July 2014

Once the world around us induces our hearts to madness and we shudder, we must pack up our dreams and retreat into our own little magical imaginative lands.

ALPHABE-THURSDAY

Jenny's assignment this week is the letter H.

Here we stand, upon contemplation in exchange of ark to rocket, could this possibly be life today on Planet Eris?

HIPPOTIGRIS

Only Survivor of

Planet Eris will be reality,
One day
In the 26th Century.

This trans-Neptunian object
of our imagination
is boundless
and more massive than Pluto.

In body orbiting beyond
Neptune
spawned by Roman
god of the sea.

All human hopefulness overriding
the emptiness of obscurity
enriching melancholy emotions
something that is uniquely
our own to depict.

This new dimension into mankind
emerges triumphantly
in dazzling existence
offering optimal conditions
for being alive
from the far reaches
below the bottom of the sea
and beyond.

Planet Eris has spoken
in uninhibited uniqueness
preempting
drooped sadness
and so watered
we rise blossoming like unwatered flowers
minus gloomy conclusions
of those that have not sailed.

Oh muse of play
beyond the endless sea are we.
Overpowering expressions
stinging
magnificently beyond
all obstacles
from within one's own
emotional corner.

The Potential of Creativity
and life itself is
Contained within us all.
So we begin again.

This has been the story of "Hippotigris Lands of Planet Eris Year 2562"

This fantasy piece of prose is outstanding!!!! I'm ready to come back in the 25/26th century and live a life that is "dazzling".

I love sci-fi but I just can't write it well.

You, however, rock it!

What a great imagination you have, my friend.

And this quote:

The Potential of Creativity
and life itself is
Contained within us all.
So we begin again.

...just made my heart sing!

Thanks for such a happy and creative link for the letter H.
