Good morning, why not wander about the Imaginary Garden of Real Toads with me this morning?

Those things that are around us are, simply things.

"You must not simply believe
what other people tell you.
You must choose for yourself
the path that leads to
understanding and peace."

But when does love enter?

I've heard from several people claiming to have experienced a near-death experience, that they miraculously visited the afterlife.  Not only was it life changing for them, but they were all asked this one important question.

Did you love enough?

"You must simply believe even without seeing.
You must pay attention to everything around you.
Respect all living
things.
Use with care all that's
entrusted to you.
Waste nothing.
Want for nothing.
Everything is in you.
Miracles always exist
in all that you pursue
by listening
loving
and giving
more."
-KMS-

"When all your
desires are
distilled;
You will cast just
two votes:
To love more,
and be happy."
Rumi

The only thing we can grow without endangering the world is the love of others...

"Did you love enough?" So powerful. Thank you for sharing that today.

I love hearing those near-death experiences. They never seem to be asked "how did those stock options turn out?" No, it's all about love, and sometimes the smallest word or act really has a ripple effect that we never even realize.

After having several times where I came close to death, although not to the point of seeing the white light, I can tell you from personal experience that that kind of experience does change your life and gives you an entirely different perspective on life. You can call me the miracle child because I am one.
BTW I got your reference to Imagery Gardens- great book

Love comes more in the giving rather than in the receiving. A Penetrating question! Great thoughts Karen!

May we all spend the time understanding the value of this bits of wisdom, and asking the right things.
