Why Outdoors

Aren't we lucky for another new
and fresh series of chapters just waiting to be lived?
Let's move away from the same old story line though.
I'm so eager for new adventures, I trust you are too.

"If you don't take risks, you'll have a wasted soul."
Drew Barrymore

Take over your winter blues with nature's gifts!
Last Saturday I visited our lovely
Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

and I'm going to share a few tips for this new year.

Try going where you feel most alive.

Explore the unseen.

Seek adventures that open your mind.
Don't be stuck with the same ho-hum attitudes.

Gather earthy goodies
 and create anything.

You can try the same places or things
 just with new eyes/ideas/shapes/designs.

Work hard but travel so much harder.
Go to that destination you've been putting off.

Life is short just ask any snowman.

"Until you step into the unknown,
you don't know what you're made of."
Roy T. Bennett

Last but not least for my post today
is spending more thought towards the ever mysterious
 shadows in our daily lives.
Victor Hugo

Had I cut my dog Misty out of this photo you'd never been able to guess where this shadow came from.
Here's to sharing mystery shadows to open our minds!

Thanks for stopping by I always appreciate your visits!
Take good care of you.

Well you've certainly opened my mind...but, for some reason it sounds a bit hollow inside. Best get to working on that and see what becomes of it.

By the way, terrific post.

To address back pain, take up yoga. Even if you are in poor physical condition, you can begin with some simple, easy positions that will help stretch your back muscles and loosen tension. satta king

to remember after being diagnosed with cancer is to maintain a healthy life style. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle will give you more energy, which you will need during the treatment process. A healthy lifestyle consists of eating healthy foods and doing regular exercise.

Create several resumes. If you are an older job seeker with lots of varied and diverse experience, sort through that experience to target the job you are seeking. You don't have to list every kind of experience you ever had, and you should avoid doing so because it will make your resume too long and difficult for your prospective employer to sort out.
