Thematic Photographic # 143 Please Be Seated

Why not.....sit down for a bit.... Please Be Seated ......as the new theme for this week is from Written Inc. blog by Carmi.....!  If you have the urge, (I know you do) then hop on over to this smart link
http://writteninc.blogspot.com/2011/04/thematic-photographic-143-please-be.html

Just a random kitty on a stroll while vacationing......
"I am a very content cat.  Just happy to watch my world pass by...in hopes of something worthy enough to jump down and chase perhaps..." said the cat.

Please be seated and welcome to our world....
There is something so swell about sitting still after a good hard rain in the woods.......

Please do...be seated...for the moment .....all the seats are open....

In a short while there will be singing....and more singing.....
"A throne is only a bench covered with velvet."  - Napoleon Bonaparte

Everywhere we went, there were places for sitting...and reflecting...and living along the trails of life's happiness....

Kalei's BF That kitty was so darn friendly he hopped right down and followed us for quite a while...he was a sweet kitty! Thinking he was the neighborhood welcome cat!

Vicki it was a great place lost in the woods!

Ahh, cats will find all kinds of odd places to sit. Made me laugh. And I'm still trying to figure out that last one. Were the trees there already, grown around in that almost perfect circle? Either way, great and intriguing idea.

Those are some great seats!
I like the last one...looks like that's some where in Alice's Wonderland;))

Okay, that cat on the ladder is really good. And I'm not even a cat person!

We have often had no choice but to sit in the woods and wait it (rain storm) out. There is something magical about it, and it smells so GOOD.

Love the shot of the kitty atop the ladder! Cats have such a way of making places to sit (or sprawl) that we humans would simply never consider.

Bonaparte had plenty of time to reflect on the difference between a throne and a seat. Great collection of seats for cats of all descriptions. Loved the tree at the end.
I've only one complaint - when I'm looking for a seat they either don't exist or are all taken.
