Six Word Saturday - 6WS- 15 October 2011

THIS IS A NEW.....   SIX WORD SATURDAY POST

Eliminating procrastination-
      gives back your life

Composing, my own, personal    procrastination list.

Revising everyday.

Most of us don’t really procrastinate so much, at least not about the really big stuff.
Or do we?
Do you let procrastination linger in the air?

Some people live by lists. I keep lists in my head. Sure we’re mostly organized, but there’s always that one thing, (or possibly many things) that we know we need to do, but we let procrastination be our fall guy.

Procrastination delays ambition and the urgency to postpone our own personal industriousness which puts off our motivation and makes us drag our feet instead of possessing enthusiasm which builds diligence to make us the dynamic person we really are!

FIRST, on My procrastination elimination list

     1. Quit procrastinating

So if you want to hop over to Show My Face blog, and join in on Cate's Six Word Saturday too, or just want to view a few more lively posts go here

Karen, I love your short list. I will never stop procrastinating so when I am under pressure I make me a ToDo list.

Generally I get all or most of my items accomplished if the list is reasonable. If not reasonable then I assign priorities and a possible schedule.

You might like to try that method. It works for me. Remember I only make a list if I feel pressure and tension building up. Or if something is terribly important, like catching a plane for holiday.

Well I must confess that I sometimes procrastine when it come to certains things but I also noticed that it was more like an hesitation and after a while, I have the explanation of it. Its seems like having lists for everything is the best way of putting away surprises in life.

Great SWS

Good luck with that one... a professional procrastinator never gets around to starting the list so you are on the right track!

My Son where's a shirt that says "I put the pro in procrastination" it's one of his favorites. Sure makes life a lot harder though! Happy 6W Saturday!

I love lists. Almost as much as I love procrastinating. Wait, I mean... Actually, I always put a few small things on the list that need to be done but aren't the BIG thing. That way, if I procrastinate the big thing by doing the small things, I'm still being productive. Right? (Did that even make sense?)

Thanks for playing 6WS!

I learned long time ago with everything I was trying to get done with schedules involved that I couldn't procrastinate or everything wouldn't get done when they needed to get done. Now it is easier to not procrastinate and just get whatever needs to get done, done :)

just visiting from 6WS; enjoy Sunday!
