In the spirit of the holiday season and really delicious food, or (perhaps) a last minute gift suggestion, Jenny from "Off on my tangent" is serving up something yummy. In just 50 words, any style of writing, only this photo please.... is Jenny's request of her faithful and devoted Centus followers!
Here is mine.....
Dec. 17, 2075. Mrs. Stellar an art teacher, expected her foreign-exchange students to create things from around the house.
"Now you're responsible for designing our holiday tree. You have all day to create. Good luck."
So upon Mrs. Stellar's return this is what she saw.
please scroll down......
Created by Celena Bader - exchange student from the Moon.
Well come on now, you did notice the year right?
Name info: Celena - means The moon. Goddess - of the moon.
Her surname: Bader - means Full moon. This can mean a full moon at the most romantic hour.....

What an amazingly original take on the picture! Made me laugh..and yes, I had to scroll up again to check the date :)
This is priceless, quite the way to add a conversation piece to a table that's for sure! lol I've seen a tree made out of fruit and it was amazing. I was thinking of trying one but decided against it for Christmas dinner, there's always way to much food as it is. I'll save the idea for a BBQ I think. Have a fantastic weekend!
This was very different take...maybe you have been in the eggnog before writing! Wild and wonderful.
Love your take on the picture - I had to check the date, it went right by me.
Delicious looking tree!
Looks like they're eating pretty good up on the moon:@)
If that's what the trees will look like, I'm happy I won't be around anymore. I don't think I could get into that, ha, ha, ha.
Hey! She forgot the GREEN CHEESE! If we make it through the next week, may I suggest that we meet at the asylum for leftovers?
haha. And poor foreign exchange student. they get the blame all the time.
A study abroad in Italy perhaps?! Nicely done.
The barren a spring for such raw creativity...must be the colonists had lots of time on hands to perfect the art. Fantastic future centus. :)
well I'll BE!

That looks like my kind of tree. Pity I have to wait so long to enjoy it :)
Judie You bet it's a date!...and if only you weren't so far over to the west of me! We could all get together even before!!!
Little Nell, why that's the beauty of this lovely tree...you could eat quite a bit before anyone would even notice! LOL
I had to check the date again, too. Brain is slow tonight. Very clever (not my brain).
Little Miss Celena must be a vegetarian. I'd like a little meat with those veggies. Or perhaps some green cheese.
Very clever - and what a tasty tree!
Have you given any consideration at all with translating your current site in to French? I know a several of translaters right here that will would help you do it for no cost if you wanna get in touch with me.
My blog is on toys for toddlers.
Geez. You caught us! I think maybe I just have botulism or something from eating for a week or so off that tree! ha!
Thanks for the New Years smile!
I looked at that date before I started reading and I still didn't figure it out!
Happy New Year. Hope yours if filled with creativity, joy and fun!
