She almost celebrated her 100th birthday.

There seem to be lots of long lives to celebrate these days. Have a happy time :)

Looks like you need some of that stuff they sell on TV to compress your clothing to fit the suitcases.

Packing is an art, and so is travelling light. My Dad was the expert, and then it skipped a generation to my daughter who can set off round the world with a small backpack.

I'm actually great at packing to fly. I can live for two weeks abroad on just one small suitcase and a backpack. But once I have the "luxury" of extra space in a car? It ends up looking a lot like that photo. It's ridiculous. I'm sure you managed to make it all work.
