Storing Mindfulness

For many Minnesotans just knowing that we'll be facing another hearty winter, it pays to embrace one important concept once spring arrives.  We gather memories like squirrels store nuts.

"Life is a collection of moments.
Mindfulness is beautification of the moments."
Amit Ray

Don't just exist, LIVE!

So here are a few special moments beginning from spring of this year.

We explore places.

Thrive, evolve, share moments together.

Enjoy quiet afternoons.

Challenge yourself.

Be charming.

Be strong.

Drink and be merry!

Go beyond your limits.

Smile pretty.

Dress up, it's your first prom.

Be a Fashionista!

Go barefoot. Find time to color!

Become your favorite character!

Visit with dear friends.

See the city!

If you can, go flying.

Be proud.

Happiness rains everywhere!

Take fun photos at the fair.

Celebrate.

Love the cows. Drink milk! Live long.

Love critters and statues and the great outdoors.
Be thankful.

Can't ever get enough face painting!

Laugh. Tell jokes. Listen. Hear.

Let them eat cake!

Keep remembering.

Take tours!

Be a silly uncle. Become a superhero.

Stop to hear the music!

Catch a butterfly if you can.

If you maintain a childlike enthusiasm
and enjoy childish things, you'll be happy you did!
