Bareness Be Brave

Carmi has selected
Bare

as our Thematic Photographic theme this week.
at
WRITTEN INC

My first interpretation is this

One defining word describing winter in Minnesota is
simply, bare.

If you're looking for open water and sandy beaches.

But! The bare truth is this-
it's only temporary.
The ice melts, grass grows green and daylight grows so much longer!
See same place, just new season below-

Another definition of bare is
 basic and simple.

"When you write, you should put your skin on the table."
Louis-Ferdinand Celine

Seems to me that we should apply that same wisdom
to every moment
of every single day.

We're living the bare essentials of a story
locked in our imaginations.

verb
  1. 1.
uncover (a part of the body or other thing) and expose it to view.
"he bared his chest to show his scar"
    synonyms:uncoverstrip, lay bare, undressunclothedenudeexpose
    "bared herself on the snow"

"That is perhaps what we seek throughout life,
that and nothing more,
the greatest possible sorrow
so as to become fully ourselves before dying."
Louis-Ferdinand Celine

Just dare to be bare!

Just keep on, keeping on.

Bare trees are as pretty as you girls are!

"We are poor passing facts,
 warned by that to give
 each figure in the photograph
 his living name." Robert Lowell

"Everything has beauty,
but not everyone sees it."
Confucius

"Most misunderstandings in the world could be avoided
if people would simply take the time to ask,
what else could this mean?"
Shannon L. Alder

Bare your soul man!

Keep your fires burning-
and stop back to say hello!
I love your visits as much as I love visiting you!

There's some seriously bare and bleak snowstuff there! And a good reminder that it won't last forever!

Nice thoughts on the word. Thank you.
I am a big fan of the pared back elegance of winter - bare of pretentions...

I love the way you always look at the subject very laterally! Lovely photos, and some very happy and good looking children!

We have had our first snow of the winter today but only stayed a few hours and everything was bare again. Love the words you share with us - they always make me think.

Bare...how fresh first snow at the beginning and how we'longing for cools soon...so your green photos are very appropriate for me. Bare has sense, sure, esp. In winter time ... Thanks for smiling faces :))

I am Doris used every single spell worker on the internet, spent untold amounts of money and discovered they are all fakes...i was the fool though; doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In the end, I decided that I wanted a tarot reading to know what my future held for me; I contacted a woman who lives locally to me and she told me about a man named (Priests Abalaka); he does not advertise on the internet, has another job for income, has no set prices, makes no false promises and refuses to help anyone that cannot be helped and even helps for free sometimes, he will give you proof before taking money. He is a wonderful man and he was the only person who actually gave me real results. I really hope he doesn't mind me advertising his contact on the internet but I'm sure any help/ extra work will benefit him.contact him here as (518) 303-6207 or dr.abalaka@outlook.com He travel sometimes.i cant give out his number cos he told me he don’t want to be disturbed by many people across the world..he said his email is okay and he’ will replied to any emails asap, love marriage, finance, job promotion ,lottery Voodoo, poker voodoo, golf Voodoo,Law & Court case Spells, money voodoo, weigh loss voodoo, any sicknesses voodoo,Trouble in marriage,HIV AIDS,it's all he does Hope this helps everyone that is in a desperate situation as I once was; I know how it feels to hold onto something and never have a chance to move on because of the false promises and then to feel trapped in wanting something
more.
