Happy August to you all
Remember on this side of the world
(no matter what folks say or mother nature may do)
It's still summertime.

We are all human.
and we're all pretty on the inside and the outside.

You are somebody's reason to smile.

Hi Karen, I see you're still out on adventures... good for you! As is said "A rolling stone gathers no moss" so no worries about getting all mossy! lol I've been in my own little work world, I LOVE what I'm doing and as hard as it is to believe I'm almost at the 6 month mark. I'm also getting ready to move, long story which I'll save for a rainy day, but at least I'll be about 15 mins. from work, vs. this driving almost an hour both ways. I'm trying really hard to be optimistic and find the positives in this move, as difficult as it is I'm up to two, the closeness to work and I can take my dog... other than that, that's about it. So great to see you're still blogging, who knows I just may get back into it again once the dust from the move settles... or actually I have a ton of photos I shot last weekend from the powwow my work hosts annually, quite the event with record numbers this year! Take good care and I'll return one of these fine days! :-) Cheers.

Your son has a lovely open smile!
That bird - it looks like a character - a well known character, from a book or movie. but I don't know which one. Am I wrong?
