Strange Carolina House

Good morning!

"Pursue your passion.
If you are passionate about something
and you work hard,
you will be successful."
Pierre Omidyar

Some people call this
 the strangest home in America.
Welcome to Korner's Folly

"The problem is that the people with the most ridiculous of ideas
are always the people who are most certain of them."
Bill Maher

Although, with Jule's ridiculous idea, something incredibly peculiar was born.
(and believe me when I say he once stabled horses inside, before he married Polly)

For a real live tour of inside the mansion, stories, and a most important final secret at the very end of this video view it here.

You'll be totally amazed.

Built in 1880 by Jule Gilmer Korner

Korner's Folly contains "Cupids Park"which the museum says is the oldest
private theater in America. Created by Jule and Polly Alice Korner and used by
local theatrical groups and by Korner's Folly Foundation for a puppet show.

The house is located in the South Main Historic District
Kernersville, North Carolina
Motto "The Heart of the Triad"

Kernersville, North Carolina

Just a small town with enough charm to captivate anyone.

Enjoy your week, and I hope you enjoyed your visit here today.
