Never Forget Your Camera

Very often it's the little things that later bring the best of thoughts.

Picnic juices!

And if cameras have eyes, this is what they'd see.

Oh, the places we can go.
(with our camera, capturing moments)

Humpty Dumpty lives on!

"A photograph shouldn't be just a picture,
it should be a philosophy."
Amit Kalantri

"I have a question for you.
If your shadow is the second most beautiful
thing in the world, what is the first?"
Amit Kalantri

I hope and trust your fourth was wonderful.

"The job of feets is walking,
but their hobby is dancing."
Amit Kalantri

"Politeness is the first thing people lose once they get the power."
Amit Kalantri

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful,
committed citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that has."
Margaret Mead

But sometimes, they're just in line for ice cream!

Can you believe how adorable Lyra is here playing in a bowl
and about seven years later  (next photo) look at her now.

And Always Remember
And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed.)
Kid, you'll move mountains!
Oh, the Places You'll Go!
Dr. Seuss

Oh yeah, here is Lyra's mommy, me (with my arms around her at a girl scout outing)
Yes, a few years ago now.
It's one of the main reasons we bring our camera wherever we go.

More reasons I carry my camera around.

Although my Misty likes to shy away from pictures, can you tell?

Thanks for checking in, your visits mean the world to me.
Take good care of you!

I miss the days I walked old, mellow dogs that allowed me a free hand for my camera. Not so much with the new generation. The one is a total butthead.

Super post Karen .. I read my three year old granddaughter a Dr Seuss book on Skype last weekend, I wasn't sure if she'd have the concentration, she sat glued to the screen hardly blinking for the whole story.. she loooved it! Yes, I think we all feel lost without our cameras 😀
