Hi Karen ~~ Thanks for making me think. Most of us are on the 'edge' a lot. I may be slipping out beyond the edge. I hope it will be enjoyable.
Happy 6WS! :) BTW, the rest of my meals are light. At the MacDonalds for the first one I had thought about eating only half of it. But then, I 'reasoned' this would only last a bit and I would be back to my usual, egg with half a yolk on toast with a piece of fruit and a small glass of juice.
