WELCOME TO CLASS
AND THE LETTER " T "
Welcome to my post,
THINGS AROUND TOWN
for Jenny's "Alphabe-Thursday" on her "Off on my tangent" blog, where we celebrate letters with words and stories and such. Please enjoy my "T" post just for you!
Would you like to sail along with me?
Only adventurous souls need to apply, because I've noticed some odd events around town. Some mysterious, but mostly charming sensations. We'll feel like we're almost cut off from the rest of the world, before we return.
Don't be afraid of any giant bunnies you may see along our way.
We may experience a road block or two, but no worries, we'll swim like fish and continue up stream no matter what.
Remember, we have our eyes open for the main prize.
There are so many prizes waiting to be seized.
Quick, look behind you. Do you see the secret castle climbing like a solitary island in a field of tall grass rising ever so gently all around it?
Are your eyes truly open?
I'm sorry where are my manners. Is anyone else getting hungry with all this exciting adventure?
Are you ready for an incredible picnic lunch?
I know just the place.
I'll provide our lunch,
and the corkscrew, if you bring the wine and we'll take a lunch break okay?
Thank you for sailing with me today. See you all next week okay?
We are blessed,
wandering around any corner.
You'll see!
Be sure to take a moment and enjoy my little lost friend. What did the owl say to me?
Why do humans talk so much?

What a wonderful, whimsical post. Thanks for taking me with you!
=)
I very much like your town. It's hard for me to imagine the HUGE bottle of wine that opener is for, though. :)
How charming. The giant bunny and the corkscrew. What imagination! And the bricks in the wall. There is hope for our species when we make room for whimsy.
Sue, you are welcome. When you come along bring a copy of your lovely poem too! ha ha! Everyone will enjoy it!
EGCamera Girl...it has to be a might large bottle with all of Jenny's friends along! ha ha!
Galen- You are so right....give me just enough whimsy to make us all almost as silly as the Mad Hatter, right!
Hi Karen,
Thank you for the fun tour aroun town and I would love to enjoy lunch with you. Thanks for stopping to visit me.
What a lovely T post and thank you for your sweet words. Happy Easter
Very nice T post! I love the look of that fire pit and chairs!
What a lovely way to travel and check out your world!
I certainly would like the sailing. Also funny statue with the hat.
Greetings,
Filip

Wish you a wonderful day.

Thanks Karen, has been a beautiful ride. I've been delighted with the rabbit.
The giant bunny is just appropriate now for Easter, lol !
I'm on my way with a nice bottle of wine!
What colorful paddle boats. My husband and I were at a park once where there were paddle boats but no one manning them. A person nearby said, "Oh you just take them and bring them back." Great! We were about half-way across the little pond when the park ranger blasted on a bull-horn, "Please return the boat to the dock. Return immediately." I don't know what made us believe that person! We were mortified.
Make sure that wine breathes a little bit.
You see some neat things on your adventures. That's a corkscrew for a king and that poor bunny. I missed the owl (was that in an earlier post, I'll have to go look, but then I already seen it!)
Thanks for the great excursion! Your pictures capture every little detail. Thanks for sharing!
That was a fun little trip!
I like that sign "keep your eyes on the prize" - great way to focus! Have a great Easter sailing weekend!
Visiting from Mrs Matlock’s T-Party, thanks for stopping by and look forward to *seeing* you again!
Great post –and Happy Easter!
Great post. I love taking my camera for a walk about town also.
Hello.
We should have tours like this more often. How fascinating! The garden with the fire pit looked like a great place for a get-together. Wonderful selection of photos! Thanks for sharing & visiting. See you next week!
Tears Of A Beautiful Woman
I love the little saying carved in the stone:-)

Can I have the purple paddleboat, please?
I loved the stone carving...and the views...and the entire visit!
