Six Word Saturday 11 January 2014

LIFE IS TOO SHORT
ENJOY IT

Never ever take it for granted.

Isn't it a magnificent thing our brain, and how capable it is to flash before our very thoughts, millions of memories in just the amount of time it takes to descend a staircase to the ground floor?

SIX WORD SATURDAY

It's been quite a week for me, and just to rise above it all, I'm treating myself today with a girl's day out.  Movie and lunch and of course for my Sepia Saturday friends, yes, I have a tremendous post that I'll post later today.  After a girl's day out!

I hope everyone else has the best day ever!

Thank you Cate, from Show my face blog, for continuing to host, Six Word Saturday, 6WS.

I think I am strange. I was thinking, comparing a dentistry career to that of a tire changer. Not much difference really, same-o, same-o, every day; peoples lives in their hands more skill than I have for either job; pay level is a LOT different.

My mind is always working and I love it that way. Your cat reminds me of what Mrs. Jim says her grandmother would always say, "wash first the bottom, then the top, and finish up in-between."

I love your poem interposed upon the RR tracks. Going someplace, it seemingly never ends, life goes on so enjoy it.

(The part that made my morning thought about the careers strange was that I shared it, first with Mrs. Jim and then here.)

I say that every day. It is almost a mantra. Life is too short and we just lost another too soon.

Thank you for posting this quote! Today I needed to be reminded that my life is my own. ;)

Love you, Karen. Hope that you have a great time. I'm taking this weekend to forget about work and am having fun visiting my blog friends.
