There have been a couple of hiccups in our spring weather, but I think we're headed in the right direction now.  No more tug o-war with winter and I'm betting these boats from last summer will hit the water this week in Edina.

It's always a good sign once all the toys come out for summer fun stuff!

You can always tell random fun stuff is going on outside with Jasmine watching from her window seat!

The Random.

We've been discussing earthworms, wind, Red Blue jays (this extremely important) and checking for ticks once again!

Random Earthworm facts- "In one acre of land, there can be more than a million earthworms.

Baby worms are not born.  They hatch from cocoons smaller than a grain of rice.

One good random fun fact we discovered is this-

Quiet reading and refreshment time is also extremely important, for me- while you swing, slide, jump and chase each other around the yard!

Oh yeah!

You can't tell by the the photo below, but heavy duty earthworm discussion is happening on the way to the bus!

We also discovered randomly, that our lady scarecrow is rather fashionable with pink ears!

I'm not kidding.

It was so fun seeing Mourning Doves sharing a happy tweet or two.
