Six Word Fridays- Want

From inside my kingdom of dreams
surely, spring is waiting for me.

Once you stop wanting something it-

Finally becomes a reality for you!

So as snow showers tumble fast
outside my window this Friday morning-

I sing this song for you,
reach for what you truly want.

Warmth, sunshine, greenery, cotton candy clouds-

and knights dressed in heavy armor-

Children screaming from the bottoms of

their little hearts desire to play.

Once when I was a child
no wait,I still feel this-

As if every day is another

work of art across a stage

of delightfully, lighthearted happiness and lots
of singing, dancing and castle making.
