Single Gate

What is the story behind this property that's gated but still not fenced?  I shared this gate before, but they've added a few interesting touches to it since then.

GOOD FENCES

Perhaps sometimes, all you need is a good gate.

These photos were taken on a stretch of land on a country road near my house, that sits between land that is owned by a large floral and garden company and  a longtime land owner.

Yes those are red horseshoes!

Note to self, come back and get a better photo of those incredible red horseshoes.

I don't know what it is about this place,
but I plan on finding all there is to know about it.

Do you ever get curious about randomly simple things?
I find they feed my imagination.
So for me, I'll keeping questioning and digging
about these random goodies.

"I wear the universe backwards.
I imagine putting stars in my
coffee, and sugar in the sky.
I imagine going fishing in clouds,
and watching the sun hide
behind lakes. I'm too busy dancing
with my imagination to even tip toe
with reality for a second.

They say I'm going mad.
They're right." - D. Antoinette Foy

Enjoy your day and take good care of you!

Hello Karen!:) Wonderful gate! I see horse shoes, stirrups, wheels and a saw, but I can't make out what it is on top, centre. I'm now just as curious as you to find out more about this gate without a fence.
