Parade Critters and Clowns Extravaganza

 Welcome to SATURDAY'S CRITTERS and City Daily Photo

It was an unbelievable turnout at the Lakeville Pan-O-Prog 2012 downtown parade this year.

We've been attending this downtown parade since 1989 and naturally last year COVID19 put a halt to it so I'm guessing folks that hadn't gone in years got back on the parade routine once again. 

Here are just a few parade critters and a few incredible clowns.

The Pan-O-Prog always has a children's pet show on Saturday mornings and then later they ride a float in the parade.

Perseverance Conquers and Critters

The carved critters from Lark Toys very own handmade carousel 

await your visit.

 

Two teachers Donn and Sarah Kreofsky began their successful business of making wooden toys for their boys in their own garage which first began wholesale then grew into a retail business which continues yet today. So the perseverance and longing of this art professor to tinker with his hands proved as a worthy adventure all on the whim of building a wooden pull toy. A family tradition that has grown with each new member of their family as well.

Dogs exist in their moments ignoring time, except they have the uncanny sense in knowing when their people will be arriving home. Cats, well the ones I know have that same sense for their people! Imagine how wonderful it would be to be more like them, go with the flow and just be yourself.

Hello everyone, how about strolling along with me for a few ordinary moments in town? I woke up this morning feeling excited about the day, knowing it being a day off I'll decide whatever comes natural. Okay the cooler morning air and birds singing around me as I watered flowers contributed lots. As you might not guess for a moment I reflected on just a few frozen tundra moments I experienced in that very spot during February of this year. Brrrr!
