Critters Delights

Picture of a 3-D picture.

"Never settle in any circle that is not fully committed to forever
walk in the direction of endless opportunities and possibilities."
Edmond Mbiaka

I know he looks fierce right?
Not really just trying to grab for more treats!

Meet my fried Lucy. Isn't she just the sweetest four month old pup?

They're all from the animal kingdom who,
through some mystic bond have let us inside their hearts.

Arizona and Red Rock Canyon outside of Las Vegas is a place not to miss. Even if you just drive through, even without hiking you will spot these charmers as they walk right up to your car.

There's the famous quote that if you want to understand
how animals live, you don't go to the zoo, you go to the jungle.

Why do we always want
what's on the other side of the fence?

Knowledge comes but wisdom lingers.

Minnesota Spoonbridge and Cherry

"Create with the heart; build with the mind."
Criss Jami

If we all practiced this

Accept the things to which fate binds you,
in all places
and love the people who fate brings you together,
not just family
but do so with all your heart.
Imagine our world.
Marcus Aurelius and Me

Enthusiasm. Always has been key. Always will be. In everything you do.
"Enthusiasm is the electricity of life.
How do you get it?
You act enthusiastic until you make it a habit."
Gordon Parks

Thanks for sharing some time with me.
 Take good care of you!

Saturday Critters and other Blog Memories

Welcome to

"All I have is all I need
and all I need
is all I have in this moment."
Byron Katie

"The miracle of love comes to you
in the presence of the uninterpreted moment.
If you are mentally somewhere else, you miss real life."
Byron Katie

this next quote really explains everything about life and my post today.

"My experience is that the teachers we need most
are the people we're living with right now."
Byron Katie

My youngest son's beloved Rusty!

My sweet Dash.  He's as precious as a prince.

Remembering my sweet little Allie, went blind at about age 6 but lived a wonderful life with us for 16 incredible years.

Best second grade teacher ever gave each of her students their own fish, equipment and lengthy instructions to care for them.

Misty always my supervisor/helper.

Hugs are everything.

and in honor of lost blogs that I miss. Just a few for now.

Back in the day when folks were crazy about blogging, there were lots of

My special favorite because Tess with her phenomenal blog "The Mag" pushed us to share our thoughts with you in our own unique words and sometimes images. Here's one of mine.

and so many of us here right now today remember our Good Fences posts!

Gosh another awesome Thematic Photographic was like my weekly indulgence, Of course so many folks drifted from posting and our dear favorite friend Carmi sadly gave up.

It's American made since 2010 in Utah! A Vanderhall!

Until next time!

One of my greatest joys in life is piloting!

Piloting my life by my own design.

A few quotes from Beryl Markham and me.

There are all kinds of silences and each of them means a different thing.

How about the silence of a cat before her purring begins?

There is the silence that comes with morning in a forest, and this is different from the silence of a sleeping city.

or by the water sharing a hot summer day together.

There is silence after a rainstorm, and before a rainstorm, and these are not the same.

There is the silence of emptiness, the silence of fear, the silence of doubt.

There is a certain silence that can emanate from a lifeless object as from a chair lately used, or from a piano with old dust upon its keys.

or from anything that has answered to the need of a man, for pleasure or for work.

Which way now? What does the map say?

A map says to you
read me carefully,
follow me closely, doubt me not
I am the earth in the palm of your hand.

Togetherness is the key ingredient to a happy childhood!

The only impossible journey is the one you never begin!

You bring your own weather to any picnic.

I've/we've prioritized taking care of my mind, having fun
and doing the things that me/us laugh.

Fall in love with the energy of your days
breathe in all that you can
retrace your fond memories
but never stop adding more memories
 to your days.

Thanks for sharing time with me. Take good care of you.
