Happy 2013 My Friends

A very, merry and happy new year everyone, and welcome 2013, into all of our lives!  May it be wonderful for all.  The best is yet to be!

On the sunny side of things,

First question of the year.  What do you get when you cross a snow bank with a Pontiac Fiero?

Photo: What do you get when you mix a snow bank with a Pontiac Fiero? A Snoero!

A SnoEro!

Minnesota update- Life is good, the ball dropped without a hitch in Times Square, and even our temperature has gone from -11 degrees to -6 degrees this suddenly sun-less morning! Yikes!

New meaning to - "Baby it's COLD outside!"

Negative 11? Brrrrrr. And I've been whining about our lows in the positive teens.
May spring come shortly, for both of us.
And welcome to 2013!

Enjoy the New Year, Karen. Even my little hamlet had a ball drop and I walked downtown (about a mile) to observe it at midnight. It wasn't as cold, around 20 or so.

Max- just like my momma always said, things can always be worse somewhere else! We had some sunshine, but it's out to lunch right now.

Love, love and love your positive outlook Karen! With an attitude of gratitude and richness of an abundance of blessings how can it not be the best year ever? :-)

Hugs sent your way and wishing you a blessed and very Happy New Year (which I know without a doubt you will have!)

We're on the same weather line is sounds like, today it's -6 and almost time to pull out the shorts after that nasty few weeks we had there! A beautiful way to begin an amazing year!

Cheers.

Lol! Cool car! -6 degrees? Is -9, or is -6 degrees colder? I thought 50 degrees was cold. I once felt - degree temperatures when I went to New Mexico after a big snow storm. I had 5 jackets on and I still felt cold and couldn't breathe. I feel bad; brrr!!! I shouldn't be complaining. : )

We have no snow here at all, in fact it's been remarkably mild.
