This year we've been experiencing a good old fashion Minnesota winter, and many folks have been taking advantage of all the gifts winter can bring us!
Funny thing last night, but a friend posted on Facebook this experiment and I had to try it for myself, and it just so happens, it's filled with a whiter shade of pale whites.
Here's a tried and tested trick for a large amount of hard boiled eggs. You can bake them in the oven at 325 for 30 minutes. Perfect for Easter Egg making, tasty and easy to peel!

Great shots but Minnesota looks too cold for me. I just moan if I have to get our snow shovel out.
Bob- thing is we've had to bring out more than our shovels too! Minnesota certainly can dish out a mean winter compared to what I was used to growing up in Michigan!

Thunder - you are welcome, I tried it first hand and it worked like a charm! Such an easy way to do a large amount of eggs too! As for the snow- gee those photos don't even show just how incredible our snowfall has been this year- we sure are making up for last year!
I look at those lovely photos of snow scenes and though I am happy to spend the winter in Florida, I am a bit nostalgic for the snow at home in Canada.

Chilly snowy pics! But great shots. We are forecast more snow tonight and tomorrow. I'm fed up with it now - I want nice warm sun!!

I've never heard of baking an egg! Your first photo is so crisp and clean. It was hard to tell at first what it was (I saw the water on the left - thought it was a stream). But now it makes sense, once I see the sailboats pulled out of the water! Great photo! {:-D
