THEMATIC PHOTOGRAPHIC
This week has been incredible. Not just the overload of tremendous clouds floating about, but temperatures in the high 90's! So, let's cool off a bit.
When you realize how perfect everything is
You will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky. - Buddha
Or, a great puppet show!
Apple Valley has a water park-playground that offers summertime fun - like the Puppet Wagon!

All the little ones are gathering in the photo above after the show for

Only the jingle-jangle-bells of the Popsicle Man could drag them away from the fun!

I see you were Cloudspotting two, too. You caught that kite one at the perfect time, great set of pictures.
Sweet Summer loveliness!

Great summery pictures! Looks a first class place for children - especially the puppet show!
lots of happy giggling going on, i bet.
The first one was an old steam locomotive puffing away.
The second was a fire-breathing dragon.
The third was the edge of a forest on the back side of a cleared field.
The fourth was square-dancing mini-elephants, with there trunks entwined.
The fifth was an alligator that had been chopped in two.
So, what did I win?
Thank you for the second trip through the theme, Karen. You've once again made my day with your passion for not only shooting your world, but sharing it with us.
There's a splash pad not 10 minutes from my house. I think I'm headed there now :)
Funny these water circles.
Greetings,
Filip
Jerry - You win first place! Ha! Ha!
Just reminds me of a poem I learned as a child:
As a rule, man's a fool
When it's hot, he wants it cool.
When it's cool he wants it hot,
Always wanting what is not.
Stay cool!
You have made me wonder whether there is such a thing as a splash pad in the UK. After a week of unrelenting sun and a few clouds, today it's completely clouded over.
