What Mystery Has He Painted Here?
in his "The King of Cats.
"As a matter of fact, my tie is too short. So what?"
His Painterly Eye Speaks
Like no other voice
he treads a solely pace
by lonesome grace.
I see a man of long legs
stretched out before me
with clenched brows he
peers through eyes
like riding a specter
alone
in his empty caravan
of alluring beddable eyes
feasting
in his own partisan fare
of self-prepared fortune
towing no lines
owning no rules.
