Ida, thanks for your nice comments. Lyra is eating a Beignet! It's mostly powdered sugar on her nose! My elves are just beginning to come to life. I'm still pushing the autumn and Thanksgiving decorations around! If only the snow would wander off for a couple more weeks!

Love those photos. Are the 'things' in a row little bells? I'm sure we used to have something like that at home when I was a boy.
