I scream for ice cream, even during today's brief but measurable snow fall- we headed to the ice cream parlor!
Oh, yes it was grey, quite dull without even a drop of sunshine.
But we were there anyway!
GOOD FENCES
Just in time to celebrate winter!
There we were on a stroll not along a beach but rather a snowy, Linden Hills in Minneapolis.
I truly was hoping to post just one more Good Fences post without, snow.
Everywhere, it was a blanket of freshly fallen pure white snow, upholstering the grounds in a fluffy wet fashion.
But, did I mention ice cream?
So yes, there was a beneficial means to our madness.
It was a blissfully snowfall kind of afternoon, that brought smiles and giddiness to all that ventured out, and stayed off the freeways.
Plenty of outdoor seating today.

loved all of these scenes (since i don't have to live with them for the next 4 months!) and ice cream on a snowy day, what the heck! why not!?
thanks, karen! enjoy your thanksgiving!
I am not a winter lover, but I must admit the snowy scenes can be pretty. Lovely series.. Ice cream has given me the chills thinking about it.. Have a happy Thanksgiving!
Snow makes every thing so beautiful.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Kilroy says, 'Loved the last shot. Consider taking out the color and blasting the contrast and light. Bet that would be cool.'
It may be a pain, but it sure is pretty! It snowed here, but all melted.

Thank you for those beautiful snowy pictures :) Now I'm just wondering - did you get your ice cream? ;)
Happy Thanksgiving!

Love the selection of snow covered fences in this post
I hope you-all are having a wonderful Thanksgiving!
A virtual winter wonderland with all the snow. I liked the little fence around the tree.
Knipsa- Yes we did! Even hot chocolate too!
It's so beautiful -- but I just wish the season was shorter! Wonderful photos!
