Twinkle lights?
DO YOU
HAVE ENOUGH TWINKLE LIGHTS
IN YOUR LIFE?
SIX WORD SATURDAY
"Dreams are the bright creatures of poem and legend,
Who sport on earth in the night season
and melt away in the first beam of the sun-"
Who sport on earth in the night season
and melt away in the first beam of the sun-"
"Which lights grim care and stern reality on their daily pilgrimage
through the world." - Charles Dickens
Never admire the lights and baubles so long that you miss the faces in your life!
Can you spot Mr. Gnome in the photo above and below?
He's there, ever gentle on my mind.
"Let us not curse the darkness.
Let us kindle little lights."
- Dada Vaswani

i think you always have twinkle lights in your heart, karen! :)
I NEED MORE TWINKLE LIGHTS!
Help me, Wise Mr. Gnome!
~
Lovely and I found the gnome.
I didn't see the gnome with my smartphone.
Kilroy says you're lieing about a gnome being in those pictures.
(let me clean my reading glasses)
No gnome on my iPad, Karen. I don't think that the kiddie filter would have bothered with it?
I like "Gentle on my mind." Probably because of the wheat fields + I am a gentle person.
Pretty lights, we all need more. Literally all I've put up so far this year is the two reindeer in the front lawn. We gave our twelve foot (more??) lighted tree away. Now with Mrs. Jim's new hip after her fall neither of us has any business up on ladders working on the tree. Haven't replaced it yet.
Thanks for the kind words over Katrin. We have all kinds of empty spots in our home now. A little lonesome and quiet too.
..
I don't think you can ever have enough twinkle lights! I did see Mr. Gnome in both pictures!
Ironically, I just posted on a home that took the Christmas light idea way too far.
But your pictures are of tasteful displays, which I'm always happy to see.
The photos are beautiful, and the quotes are insightful.
On finding my Gnome. - Look real close. I guess (possibly) you have to, really believe! But he's there, and he's sporting a long white beard.
So very beautiful, Karen. And no, there are never enough twinkle lights in my world!
