Fun array. I wish I could get Dina interested in a vacation, but she won't even consider leaving our pups behind. I say, we'll take them, and she says no to that too. One day, through the Northeast up into Maine. Another trip, across Wyoming, Utah, Oregon and Washington. Ah.
I'm ready for vacation, too. None that requires a passport. I can't remember the last time I saw an actual phone booth..it's been years! Cute kiddos at play. Have a lovely Sunday!

My annual vacation is a golf trip with the gang, but I'm not going this year. Truth be told, when I stay at my dad's place in W.V., it feels like vacation. Wake up, put out the suet for the birds, hike on the mountain and down to the lake. It's like heaven!

Oh! I could use a vacation. Haven't even left my state since September 2012. I'm overdue. Big time.

I don't know that Twain comment and may have to use it in a lecture I'm giving on him next week... As for destinations, I am always dreaming but in the near term I am planning another trip into the Okefenokee and maybe a paddle and camping trip to Sapelo Island
These photos are all huge fun! Yes, winter brings out the desire for wanderlust in me, but it will be a bit before I get a vacation away and longer till I can use my passport again (Apart from Canada!). But so fun to dream!
Every girl needs a tiara. We're currently wintering in Mexico so my travel itch has been satisfied for now. Let me know if you're ever in the neighbourhood.

Love the 3rd option on the pink notes :-). And yes, I'm thinking about my next holiday, Lissabon is still on the table, so who knows I'll head to the sunny south this year (instead of sunny but not so warm Stockholm last year).
