Carmi is calling for Wildlife photos after stepping out
and discovering once again,
and discovering once again,
even in the middle of the concrete city, nature rules.
So, here's what I discovered yesterday while on land and water in Wayzata,
Minnesota and on Lake Minnetonka.
Strolling by I caught these eyes looking at me!
It was a reunion for Monarchs.
They were everywhere.
I must mention a lot of quacking was going on as well.

I couldn't resist capturing these lovely creatures, and the reflections they graciously offered. It was an incredible day enjoyed by many.

It's good to hear that there were a lot of monarchs about. I've only seen a few singles floating by on their own!
Love your Monarch pics, Karen. Can you believe I haven't got one this year? I saw one at the golf course this weekend, but flutterbye didn't stick around for a picture.

Lovely pics, Karen. I can't wait until it's Monarch time again; this year I have bought seeds so that I will for once have enough swan-plants for all of the Monarchs who like to lay eggs in my garden :)
