Mostly Hidden Fences

On the subject of
Otherness and togetherness.

It's the sort of otherness that brings folks out here in droves
and we share a togetherness as we roam these grounds.

This place was a dream of one strong, determined woman.
Now it's in the hands of her son.

Through that gate and just before the car is a gigantic metal ladybug.

Can you see it better in this photo?

Welcome to another week of

When we look at unexpected things,
we are curious about the meaning behind them.
We seek answers to understand
another's thoughts.

The meaning behind many unexpected things
which otherness harbors so freely
in another's mind
  we have yet to understand
on so many occasions.

But

The journey can be so uplifting.
It often opens our eyes in ways
 we've never seen before.

Is that a smile on his face?

Good thing I came here yesterday.

Look ever so closely, there is a fence or gate in every photo.

And the meaning of this is-
within your own imagination.

Things have a way of hanging around
but at what degree?
Decay has a way of sneaking up on us
 before we know it.
Start living now.

Turmoil. In decayed hut
The spirit of putrescence flutters with black wings.
Crippled birches in the autumn wind.

Evening in deserted tavern. The way home is scented all around
By the soft gloom of grazing herds;
Apparition of the night; toads plunge from brown waters.”
Georg Traki

And togetherness makes us stronger!
You really make my day with your kind words
and presence! Thank you.

Hello, wonderful fence shots. I like the tall metal sunflower. Is that a smiling trash can holder? I like the yard art, very cute. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!

I'll have to ponder this otherness thing.
