Saturday Critters and Weathers and Climates

Welcome to SATURDAY'S CRITTERS and City Daily Photo

My daughter's sweet Lou-Lou.

Cats rule. Fact.

Funny how in my/our childhood we desire to rush it to be all grown up. Our twenties and on taught us to take all that we can experience and finally now at this point in my life all that wonderous and sometimes bloody experience has given me the light to see my way to where I belong. - Karen Sather

"Myths can't be translated like they did in their ancient soil. We can only find our own meaning in our own time." Margaret Atwood

Reading brings knowledge. So," From the power of myth." I believe this quote below to be spot on.

"People say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive." Joseph Campbell.

Charming, knitted boy. From, Gullah crafts.

The Places we journey to by day or week, bring memorable experiences, that by sharing bring those experiences to others. Also like

"Books like landscapes, leave their marks in us. Certain books, though, like certain landscapes, stay with us even when we left them, changing not just our weathers but our climates. Robert Macfarlane

Dash is begging, let's go out and play, please?

Have dog bone will travel. Could you join me please?

This charming critter, and well his many cousins could be spotted, (often missed) hanging and climbing about the grounds and buildings at the Boone Hall Plantation.

This random, sweet pup (couldn't stop wagging as we said hello) is waiting for his Dad that was ordering take out where we just had breakfast.
Another dog friendly town.

Let there be joy, and where there is joy, take the time to burn it into your memory. Never let it go.

Joseph Campbell

Thank you for your visits they mean the world to me.
Enjoy your
 weathers and climates
and make your world bright just like you!

And take good care of you.

It is the Robert Macfarlane quote which speaks loudest to me. Books so often change me, and become part of me.
And huge thanks for the critters and the whimsy too.
