 Absolutely the splendor and simplicity of everyday objects, odd and unusual things or random artwork will pave the way as those storms of life slip by with numerous distractions.  Come what may, our endurance conquers anything.

My son and I spent the day here and there seeing this and that and it was a blast for this birthday girl!

So, it was a thing my youngest son and I did for my birthday a couple of weeks ago we went to the 

Ax-Man Surplus Store

Believe it or not Axman has a zillion things for sale, from everyday nuts and bolts to gadgets you never thought you'd see for sale. About the photo above they're objects of affection for some folks and are not for sale. Another fun thing is they have humorous notes on things all over the place.

We had an early Father's Day outing in Prior Lake, Minnesota at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club. They have an amazing amount of sportsmanship activities that are beyond exciting to watch and tryout.

City Streets with Critters

Taking pictures is how I find a connection wherever I go like these from the streets of Charleston, South Carolina, allowing me to relive vital moments along the way. Don't laugh but it's a little like finding your way home, as home is a memory of warmth for which our soul is always longing for. 

Not to forget those ah hah moments when we look back at these photos and realize oh wow, look at what else I captured!

I wish more places (like on the streets of my own hometown) 

would have these carriage rides.

Hint, hint, folks with horses! 

The slightest sea breeze clung in the air as they toured the streets by horse drawn carriage and we joyfully walked along, up close and personal to grand porches, entryways and terraces.  Not as sunny as we desired maybe, but at least the rain stayed at bay.
