Hello once again as this day begins another six words of my life for ...Six Word Saturday ...hope all is well with everyone...and that parades, family picnics, bonfires and fireworks will be part of your weekend Fourth of July celebrations...they will be for us!

Don't forget you too can play along with Cate's game from Showmyface.com and give us your own six words for your life right now...if you go here

My six words this Saturday are:

WE CAN'T AFFORD TO DOUBT OURSELVES

OKAY, "Self trust is the first secret of success,"  - Ralph Waldo Emerson

A man/woman's doubts and fears are our worst enemies," -William Wrigley Jr.

Your 6WS is too true! It is something I have recently learnt myself.

A very hard lesson to learn but a good one, one of my mantras is 'love yourself first before you can start to love others.'

Very true - something I've been struggling with but I'm making progress in going with my gut. Thanks for playing 6WS!

If I played the game, this would be my entry:
"We determine whether we are victims." JJ

Self doubt constricts us and disables us from our personal growth, a tough one to come through sometimes but on the other end it's like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Great word choice Karen.

Self doubt is erased by faith. My six word contribution. But you said it better.

Thoughtful piece. I do doubt myself a lot, but it is silly. You are right, time is a precious currency and I can't afford too much self-doubt.
