Do you have any idea what she's doing?
Either she's dancing on water,
blissfully floating through the cries of a love-sick burden,
blissfully floating through the cries of a love-sick burden,
or, she's had her fill of days above this watery grave.
But, what if,
But, what if,
OUT OF THE WATER SHE ROSE
After swimming beyond her boundaries
and becoming a committee of one
she freed the red ribbons that bound her,
for her hero.
After swimming beyond her boundaries
and becoming a committee of one
she freed the red ribbons that bound her,
for her hero.
A hero is the one somebody
waiting on the other side
waiting on the other side
out of the water.
All the while not knowing
but willing to wait for her
to venture that first step
into the unknown, to join him.

guess we all hope for that hero at one time or another...
What if indeed..something to ponder..enjoyed your words.
what if?
This has the quintessential elements of a fairytale, the damsel in distress hoping for a hero to save. In order to find love we have to actually go outside not just literally but to crawl out of our shells and I think you have expressed that, Lovely =)
Always rewarding to speculate on "What ifs?"
... a hero. We all need one.
Most excellent! May they live happily together forevermore.
Thank you , for this Lady of Shallott !
And whyever not?
=)
Inspiring and beautiful Karen!
very nice indeed...thanks for sharing
This has a mythological ring to it and made me hope that there was a happy ending for her.
Does a hero just wait, or reach in and rescue her?
