TO STAND THE TEST OF TIME
SIX WORD SATURDAY
"As you mature you realize healthy relationships
are more about companionship and less about labels. Falling in love is exciting
but growing in love of friendship is what allows a relationship
to stand the test of time."

And amen to that!
Great sentiments! Have a healthy, merry Christmas!
Terrific photos.
Lovely post.
How very, very true! Love this post with the wise quotes Karen and the sweet photographs. Thank you :)
Love, it's not that complicated although everyone thinks it is!! Love the quote, it's so true!! I always tell my sons, "it is better to be home alone, then to be home and wish you were alone"!! A little different but it speaks to not settling!!
Kilroy asks, "You flirt with every cowboy strolls through town, lady?"
Kitty and child is a splendid pic, Karen. A keeper forever!

Beautiful Helen Keller quote! I like all the photos, especially of Unconditional love. :)
perfect thoughts for any time, but especially now!
I love the shape of the gingko leaf. I am sure it has a lot of symbolism attached, but I don't really know what it is! Happy Christmas to you and yours.
Wonderful words, flawlessly illustrated (I especially love that ginko!)
And thank you for the wonderful comments you have left at Marmelade Gypsy. I didn't have your email to reply personally but they meant so much.
