Where Edges Meet with Good Fences

(Got my camera too late, the stray had moved away from the window to venture out by the pool. She's a bit of a hunter out here.)
With good reason it seems.

Makes Lyra's kitty really anxious to come out and play.

Out beyond the fence that surrounds the pool-

Sure there's a bit of open play area but then on the edge of that

is a place where snakes and mighty enormous spiders like to roam.
Oh my! The edge is always out there,
waiting.

Soon you'll see-

Out beyond the chain link fencing is a creek and beyond that

Be careful where you walk though, just in case. 

I kid you not about spiders and snakes, really, seriously.

And

And then along came this

Ah finally, we've reached the chain link fence and the creek.

This is a lovely view of 

 a place where a neighbor's horses run carefree!

You'd think I would have caught them running about at least once. 
But no, I never did.

This last photo was taken this week in Dover, England by my daughter (my trip to Alabama was so my daughter and her hubby could tour England again and I cared for Lyra)

and Sparkle, and stray cats and snakes and such!

Just kidding on the snakes!

I remember when I was in Dover how beautiful it was to look out over the water with the White Cliffs of Dover along this side and way out yonder, the English Channel.  Please send me a photo of that!  So she did, and it's even one with a fence! How cool right?!
