City Life

My City Daily Photo posting. Please enjoy.

City Life, It's What We Do.

To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you

something else is the greatest accomplish.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Some of my Target co-workers and I showed our support for The Pride Parade 2021 in Hastings on Saturday.

It doesn't matter what choices you make

just do something!

Live. Laugh. Enjoy yourself.

You're either walking in the parade or you watch it.

Either way, you're a participant making things happen.

Being a part of something is the only homeland!

There is no written rule book about what you're capable of.

You hold the key!

Or possibly you're partaking in an artsy adventure!

Or owning your nature moments!

With a pending storm scheduled for the evening safety was key!

Some city folks take to putting up tents, in their own backyards!

Taking in games at the parade!

Fruit is a lot like life. If you don't bite into it while it's all juicy and delicious

 it ripens and goes bad.

Everyone had a blast Saturday, even beforehand while we filled water balloons!

Love Wins!

Thank you for stopping in.

I appreciate your thoughts and comments, always a gift.

Take good care of you!

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path

and leave a trail. Waldo Ralph Emerson

Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air.

The turtle sculpture is fascinating. No word as to if there will be a Pride parade yet, due to Covid. It's usually an August thing here.

Looks like it was a fantastic day and parade! And yes, love conquers all, in my opinion.

June is Pride month here but everything is on-line this year. No parade.
